Baking is not what I do best. To tell you the truth, I am really bad at it and for some mysterious reason my cakes just won’t rise. That’s why brownie is the way to go – it barely rises anyway!
Recipe inspired by one of my favourite cooking blogs.
70 g dark chocolate
130 g soft butter
2 eggs, lightly beaten
125 g sugar
60 g all purpose flour
How to do it
1.Pre heat the oven to 180c
2. Melt the chocolate in the water bath
3. Cream the butter gently (I used a mixer but a spoon will do just fine) and (still stirring) add the rest of the ingredients
4. Put in the cake tin and bake 11-13 mins. Enjoy while it is still there!
